The day involves a guided experiential workshop where through practical exercises and discussion, mindfulness and mindful walking as a life choice will be explored and practiced. The workshop will also draw on the evidence based insights of positive psychology and their relevance to a mind / body understanding of well-being, happiness and peace and ultimately effectiveness in life and work.
This workshop is designed for busy people who would wish to take a day away to let the body catch up with the mind. You will leave with the understanding and skills to develop a more mindful practice in your life as you wish.
The development of this workshop arises in the context of the recent publication of my book; Mindful Walking: Walk your Way to Mental and Physical Well-Being.
