Saturday the 7th of November

2.00 – Check in
2.30 – Afternoon Tea in the Monks Lounge
3.30 – 5.15 – A Mindfulness Session with Specialist Hugh O Donovan – This introductory session introduces the concept of mindfulness, the reasons why it is relevant in the fast moving world of today and its basic practice in various comfortable postures. In reality you will be invited to Show up, Slow Down and notice your unfolding experience in a number of different and beneficial ways.
5.30 – Spa Programme – To include relaxation time, Spa Treatments (Extra Charge for treatments.)
7.45 – Pre-dinner Drinks Reception
8.15 – Gourmet Dinner – As an entree to the Gourmet Dinner you will be invited explore what it is to be fully present to your experience at every sensory level. Without giving too much away, this will involve a Mindful exploration of some specially prepared tapas, before going on to enjoy dinner.
10.30 – Music and Entertainment

Sunday the 8th of November

7.45 am Breakfast at leisure
9.45 am – 11.45 am Mindful Walking guided by Hugh O Don0van in Killarney’s National Park. For many people slowing down mindfully can be challenging at first. Mindful Walking provides a less formal posture to develop the skills of slowing down. Such skills can be incorporated into an overall mindful way of living where well-being is a central focus and greater effectiveness in life and work a consequence. These skills will be practiced in the wonderful natural setting that is Killarney’s National Park.
