Team / Group Coaching.
We arrive into this world alone and we depart this world alone.
However in between we become social beings and have a great desire to belong and be part of the group. There are benefits in this for ourselves and the group but there are also inherent underlying dangers.

Team / Group Coaching involves coaching individuals in the group context where the other group members become a learning resource (Action Learning) for the individual.

Teams progress through stages of development. Developing the necessary conditions of trust and respect can be challenging at different stages, but provides the necessary foundation for the group to mature and tap its’ collective intelligence.

Tackling Problem Behavior
Too much in-group conflict diminishes group effectiveness. Too little conflict also diminishes that effectiveness. Understanding and respecting individual difference within the group creates the necessary safety to challenge and be creative in the group. Confidence is also required to challenge unacceptable behavior.

Manager as Coach
In an increasingly complex and fast paced world it is a tough job being a manager. Being in control on the one hand and the need to delegate on the other is a struggle for most managers.
