Mindful Living: Experience a Unique Day and leave with a different way.

A Day of Mindfulness and Mindful Walking.   (“Mindful Living”)

Saturday, 1st April from 10am to 5 pm. (9.30am Registration)

 

In Ballymaloe House Hotel, Shanagarry.

(The Grain Store / Carrigaun Room)

The day involves a guided experiential workshop where through practical exercises and discussion, mindfulness and mindful walking as a life choice will be explored and practiced.   The workshop will also draw on the evidence based insights of positive psychology and their relevance to a mind / body understanding of well-being, happiness and peace and ultimately effectiveness in life and work.

This workshop is designed for busy people who would wish to take a day away to let the body catch up with the mind.  You will leave with the understanding and skills to develop a more mindful practice in your life as you wish.
